Playing Card Portrait
In this project we will be borrowing playing card "motifs" or characteristics to create a double self portrait. Like a playing card, we will be using symbols, patterns and mirrored reflection to compose our self portrait.

1. Plan! Use the template below to brainstorm at least 2 ideas for your playing card portrait. Try to make your portraits differ in 3 ways--mood, color, expression, personality (2 sides of yourself)

2. Create. Look closely at a traditional face card and borrow designs, patters, and styles as you create your double portrait. Draw in pencil on your final paper. THen, using a primary and black color scheme, add color to areas you wish to emphasize.
